Need some info on a poker game.

Hello. I'm happy to joint the forum... I went to the casino last night and i saw a poker table, i thought it was a 3 card poker table but it wasn't. The dealer dealing four cards to each player and three face down cards one face up for her. Each player watch there four cards and either fold or ante (double the chips). Then the dealer deals one card to each player and one more for her and then she will turn over all her cards and if her cards add up to more than 32 she buss but if she is 32 or less then the player have to count up the cards to try and beat the dealer hand. what kinda poker game is that?
